Material Delivery FAQ

What customers need to know before ordering.

Do you offer same-day material delivery?

Yes, when available. Same-day delivery depends on current material availability, haul distance, the delivery route and whether the supplier can load the material before its daily cutoff.

What is the minimum delivery charge?

The minimum haul is $150. Material cost, quantity and additional haul distance are quoted for the specific delivery.

What payment methods do you take?

Card payment is accepted.

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery scheduling starts at 9:00 AM Monday through Saturday and runs until the last available supplier loadout for the requested material. The practical cutoff varies by material, distance and current workload, so call early for same-day service. Sunday is closed.

What areas does TX1800 Material Delivery serve?

Parker County is the primary service area, including Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks and surrounding communities. Nearby North Texas deliveries can be quoted by distance and material source.

How much material can one load carry?

It depends on the material. Heavy gravel and rock reach legal payload limits at a lower cubic-yard volume than mulch or some soils. We quote the appropriate load size for the specific product rather than assuming every material can fill the trailer to the same level.

What information do I need for a quote?

Send the material you need, approximate quantity, delivery address, preferred timing and any access details that could affect the truck or trailer at the drop location.

Where can material be dumped?

The final dump point must be accessible and safe for the delivery vehicle. Review the delivery guide and send photos when access is tight, soft, steep or otherwise uncertain.
